What does everyone think of this hiring? He obviously knows coaching college ball in Utah. Sounds like he just really wanted to get back home.

If he sticks around for several years, I bet he has a good chance to really turn Weber around. He'll definitely be a big lift to their recruiting, just based on his name and reputation alone. That's a really interesting hire. It's pretty rare to see a relatively big name former I-A coach taking a job at a I-AA school.
Maybe Erickson will come coach the Cats as his retirement segue down the road when Kramer moves on?
