Okay, I'll probably get run out of here for this one, but "Good Luck" would seem to be a pretty good choice to me.

I would have to reserve judgement on that until I actually saw mslacat in person to know if he would just be writing a check his butt couldn't cash.

Don't ask me what's appropriate anymore. Thought maybe I knew, but I've talked to some Griz fans that went to the Sam Houston game and they saw someone in the stands with Bobcat gear on and they were offended that "Someone would do something so stupid when it wasn't Cat\Griz!" I guess I don't see the problem with continuing to wear Bobcat clothing even in the Holy Sacred Dennydome...

catatac: a lot of things the cats do bother me. Wearing your colors to a Griz game isn't one of them.

Ditto Bozone's post. In my mind, your landlord was Charlie Brown's teacher.

BAC that was the feeling I was going for.

The actual hillariuos thing about the whole conversation that almost caused me to lose it, was that my landlords first name is Richard although he goes by the common nick name for Richard. Now go back and add that name in after each " no" and sprinkle it in few other places.

That is frickin hilarious! I picture it playing out like those commercials... "So, I can put the signs up?" "No, dick... try to stay with me here. No signs. Dick? Are you there dick?"
