Pretty good game. There seemed to be a lot of fans at the Texas St. stadium. Anyone know how many people it holds?

Well our mens basketball team is terrible, but our women are undefeated so far. The next big thing around here is baseball in February. Our baseball team is real good and we play some real quality opponents like Texas, Baylor, Rice and Texas A&M. For some reason college baseball is a real hotbed here in Texas with a lot of powerhouse teams. The problem is most of the time we beat up on each other, but we win our fair share, including spliting one and one with the national champs Texas last year, so it is always exciting.
Hope you guys do great with B'ball and every other ball coming up. Have a good one.

I have been asking the same question since it happened. The coach says he was playing the odds. Seems to me the odds are better if you go for it but I am not the coach and he is. The point is we had plenty of chances to win that game before that decision was ever made and we simply didn't do it.

Probably the worst coaching decision I have ever seen at that level. BTW they had ALL 3 TO's, not just 2...MM7CAT wrote:Hey beamount.....what was up with your coach taking a knee with 2 T.O.'s and 1:27 left to play?
Odds of turning the ball over in OT are about the same as they are in regulation...
Great time to be a BOBCAT!

Wow.....that makes it even worse. I would be pissed if I was a senior on that team.

I would think your odds of winning would even be better having the ball in that position at the end of the game...that was playing not to lose rather than to win, I thought.WYOBISONMAN wrote:It baffled the hell out of us Bison fans too...MM7CAT wrote:I was in shock when they did it.......I think you are letting the fans, university, and players all down by not trying to drive down and win the game in regulation. I bet if he had it to over again he would play to win the game.
Montana State IS what "they" think Montana is.
