Not a very common occurrence to have a coach fired with only one game left in the season. I wonder what happened there, the ISU defense looked pretty decent when MSU went there for the conference opener. If I recall correctly the Bobcats only had 17 points going into the fourth quarter before they hit that long pass to Rohan Jones and then pulled away.

Ya, that's what struck me too. I mean yes, they got destroyed by EWU but there's one game left. Yes, it's Idaho and I'm sure ISU wants to finish strong, but really interesting timing.
