Northern Iowa scores after two attempts within the 1 yard line to go ahead 14-7 very early in 2nd quarter. I'm following Prodigal Cat to the SDSU-USD game at noon. I think the Jackrabbits are going to beat up on the yotes.

We're locked in to a top 2 seed if we and SDSU win out. If SDSU loses to another top 5 team (USD) there's a chance we could be pushed down to 3. We're SDSU fans for the rest of the regular season, outside of the Marker game maybe.

We want the Jacks. They win this and Cats win out they will be a top 2 seed with homefield throughout the playoffs

If USD wins today, then everybody wins out, MSU would likely get the 3 seed because both sdsu and usd would have more ranked wins than us plus sdsu has the head to head over us. USD has no fcs losses this year so far.

Yeah, that blows. After last year, it's clear it will take years for MSU to get any kind of Committee love. I hate that this likely outcome has a built in assumption the Valley is the SEC of the FCS.
