Northern Iowa scores after two attempts within the 1 yard line to go ahead 14-7 very early in 2nd quarter. I'm following Prodigal Cat to the SDSU-USD game at noon. I think the Jackrabbits are going to beat up on the yotes.

Who do we want to win this game? If USD wins would that drop MSU, even if we beat ID?

We're locked in to a top 2 seed if we and SDSU win out. If SDSU loses to another top 5 team (USD) there's a chance we could be pushed down to 3. We're SDSU fans for the rest of the regular season, outside of the Marker game maybe.

If USD wins today, then everybody wins out, MSU would likely get the 3 seed because both sdsu and usd would have more ranked wins than us plus sdsu has the head to head over us. USD has no fcs losses this year so far.

Yeah, that blows. After last year, it's clear it will take years for MSU to get any kind of Committee love.
