Didn’t see it but Jensen put up good numbers passing. I thought it said he had over 100 rushing but that was the team he was on.

This paragraph stands out a little..."Sophomore Keali'i Ah Yat started the game for the Silver squad and completed four passes for 43 yards but ceded most of the reps to freshman Luke Flowers out of Idaho who went 8 for 15 passing with a pair of interceptions and one TD". Was that by design, saving Ah Yat for fall?

Listening to Nuanez's show last week, it sounds like he's been dealing with a hamstring issue so I would guess it was by design.

Ah yat a little dinged up. The job was his to lose and him getting dinged up opened the door for Jensen to take the reins a little. Now it seems and sounds like there is a pretty tight QB competition.

If Jensen is actually competing for the starting job, then WOOF.

Is there anything Bobby loves more than a transfer QB?

Media questions about his record in Cat/Griz games since he came back to UM.

Well they brought him in from USC via the portal. And they didn’t bring him in just for the hell of it. So of course he’s competing for QB1. I can think of worse things than a USC transfer trying to earn a starting spot on the Griz.

No different than the Stanford transfer you guys just brought in. Do you think that guy isn’t competing for the starting spot?

No different?! No different?! Jensen never played at USC! I think his only plays were kneel downs, twice. Super impressive. Lamson, while not having great stats, has at least played. But hey, you guys got USC’s 3rd string QB. Pretty awesome!
