I picked Kalispell for no other reason than it is home for me. I have no clue how the other teams in the state are, but I try to follow Flathead from afar. Brock the 6-8 uberFreshman will carry them to victory!

Gotta go with my alma mater Billings West. 19-1 this year and I predict a repeat trip to the championship game. With a win this year, though.
Brett Taylor: State MVP.

I picked CMR because I think it's cool that the AA State tourney includes a team with a .333 winning percentage.

W-E-S-T

West is best!

All you who voted against the Golden Bears are just jealous, as usual.

I think that even though Billings West is the best team in AA by a decent margin, I think Butte High is going to win the state tournament. They're playing well and the loud crowd in the Civic Center will give a big boost to the Bulldogs. If not Butte, Billings West should win it, followed by Bozeman as my next choice.

OK I do not see a clear cut Favorite. Butte gets spotted an automatic 10 points in all of there games. No one in the State has a bigger home court advantage in the AA playing in their home town than Butte does, playing in the Civic center. I do think they are one of the weakest teams in the tourney, but I really think they will be playing Saturday night for 1-2 or 3-4. Billings West has to ge given some respect, they were the Best team in the regular season, but my top two teams are:

#2 Bozeman they always seem to over preform come tourney time thanks to excelent coaching. I think this year with out a power house in the feild they could sneek up and take it.\

#1 On gut feeling I am picking Greatfall. Star come to play at tourney time and Great falls has two ligit Junior stars, inclueding Bobby Howard the states biggest star.

Logically West or Bozeman should win my gut/heart/Bobcat bias tells me to pick Greatfalls

Gotta agree with the other West High alums and support the Golden Bears here. Hope they can take it all the way this year.

That takes Butte out.

I hope the Hawks do it. I voted for West, but I honestly don't follow HS ball much as I used to.

Sucks for Butte...my prediction is gone.

I think Billings West and Bozeman for the title game.

West is getting screwed by the refs. There is 3 minutes left in the second quarter and there are 10 fouls against West to Kalipell's 4.

Halftime:
Kalispell 17 - West 16

Low scoring and terrible reffing. Never heard of terrible reffing before.

Please keep giving the updates. In the age of the internet, only Montana keeps the "phone the TV station for the score" approach to HS sports.

Actually, the game is being streamed on KURL radio's website. Here's the link if you want to listen, but I will still keep posting the updates.
