If one of the most productive societies in the history of the world wants to waist time doing things that help them increase skills needed every day in the business world. I say go for it.

I agree jagur. I can't believe people actually are willing to work for companies that go the extra mile to keep their employees from following their interests. I would think that an employer's goal would be to keep the employees happy and if priveleges get abused, replacements can be made.
I think 13.5 minutes per day is a little low...or maybe I'm a big time outlier.
