A fun read in the Bozeman Chronicle giving a glance at some history of WBB in the state. I was out of state for all of this transition but enjoyed the read. Does anyone remember if the Lady Bobcats at MSU always went by Bobcats or Bobkittens or Bobcatettes or ???

Re: WBB in Montana
Awesome article! I started following MSU women's basketball closely in the early '90s and at that time they were commonly known as the Lady Cats. If I recall correctly it was former coach Robin Potera who came to MSU around 2000 who pushed hard for them to drop the "Lady" and for the team to become called simply the Bobcats like all the other athletic teams. I'm a little surprised that teams like UM still use the "Lady Griz" name to this day.
