Wow....that's a shocker.

It certainly answers why Arntson backed out so suddenly from the MSU-Northern job a couple months back. We was all about moving to Northern and the great things he could do there, then next day announced he was staying at HHS. Apparently had wind of Hogan's retirement, decided to hang around Helena for the Carroll job to open.

I also think Van Diest is a short term coach. The team has really dropped off since the quitting fiasco.

I have had the same thought. Think Tony wants to be on a short list.
