By the way, how's this for a "consipiracy theory":

We now know that Artest asked for time off for various personal reasons; it occurred to me the other day that maybe the senseless hard foul on Wallace & maybe even the foray into the stands were pre-meditated and specifically intended to receive an ejection & a suspension? Maybe Artest figured a 2 or 3 week suspension would be just what the Dr. ordered PLUS help boost sales of his album...

In the screwed up world of pro sports, it's really not that unbelievable, is it?
