barry guilty of obstruction.....

Post by RickRund » Wed Apr 13, 2011 4:33 pm

He never realized that what he was taking was anything illegal.....What was your hat size again barry? Both before and after. I have never believed that he was innocent. But I know many disagree with me.

I've never thought he was "innocent," either. I just don't think he's "guilty" of anything that our federal court system should give a rat's arse about.

Talk about a waste of time and taxpayer money. This is a baseball issue ... not an issue that our federal court system should have any interest in.

While I agree with you philosophically BAC (and understand the point you're making about waste and I even agree with that), lying to or purposely deceiving a Grand Jury is not exactly kids play. I believe that many more people ought to face perjury charges.

Yea, he probably shouldn't have been put before the grand jury but once he lied to them you gotta throw the book at him. Flax seed oil? C'mon.
