barry guilty of obstruction.....
He never realized that what he was taking was anything illegal.....What was your hat size again barry? Both before and after. I have never believed that he was innocent. But I know many disagree with me.

I've never thought he was "innocent," either. Talk about a waste of time and taxpayer money. This is a baseball issue ... not an issue that our federal court system should have any interest in.

While I agree with you philosophically BAC (and understand the point you're making about waste and I even agree with that), lying to or purposely deceiving a Grand Jury is not exactly kids play. I believe that many more people ought to face perjury charges.
