I have been loving the NBA and NHL Finals this year. I've been a huge Bruins fans since the days of Bobby Orr, and this series has been so exciting and fun to watch. You gotta love Tim Thomas....he has been a beast! The B's need to get Game 5 tonight though, because I really don't want it to come down to having to win the fnal two games, especially since Game 7 will be at Vancouver.
I've not a Mavs fan, but I want them to beat the Heat almost as much as I want the Bruins to beat the Canucks. Dirk deserves a ring, not only for how great he's played during the post-season this year, but also as sort of a "lifetime achievement" award. Plus, I can't stand LeBron and the Heat. Did anyone see him and D-Wade mocking Dirk? And they wonder why everyone hates them...

Re: NBA/NHL Finals
It's been a good Stanley cup finals so far. However, none of "my" teams are in it so I'm just hoping for a game 7. That and I'm sure the halftime hopes for a game 7 too so they can keep taking my money

Have you been watching the games at the Halftime? I've gone there for some of the Bruins games....all the ones that weren't on Bresnan, and even a few that were. I was thinking about going there tonight.Gorak wrote:It's been a good Stanley cup finals so far. However, none of "my" teams are in it so I'm just hoping for a game 7.
