There were plenty of positive tests in the NBA when their players were outside of the "bubble" that has been set up for them - the bubble idea has been very successful for both the NBA and MLS so far, with no new cases acquired after the teams arrived. No surprise that there are NFL cases when they've all been at home and not at their team facilities.
I think that what happens with the MLB season that is being played at home stadiums is going to have a significant impact on if college sports can be played this year. They aren't exactly off to a great start.
