My predictions for the World Series?
If Dodgers/Angels matchup, Dodgers win in 6, but nobody outside of LA will watch the final three games because they'll be so sick of hearing the term "Freeway Series" that they'll throw an object through their plasma tv.
If Dodgers/Yankees matchup, Dodgers win in 6, but the comparisons of the LA Dodgers to the Brooklyn Dodgers will be nonstop and Joe Torre will get more camera time in a few short games than Obama has had all year.
If Phillies/Angels, Phillies win in 5 and there will be countless mentions of the best Philly cheesesteak, several television lead-ins showing either the Rocky statue or Liberty Bell, and the rebirth of the Angels rally monkey.
