The NBA All-Star game may be even more pointless than whatever the NFL does for the Pro Bowl these days.

So true, a complete joke. I did not watch it, but sounds like just a slam dunk contest.

Probably the most entertaining part of the all-star game itself was Damian Lillard making two 3-pointers from half court. It is what it is, pure entertainment and nothing else. I can't really blame the players, nobody wants to get injured in an all-star game and miss games that actually count.
