Griz do this also but we use National Championship or Semi Finals goal posts. But, the cats can't copy that so they use the GP from the litter box after winning one game. BearBac maybe correct on this one it's really just a one game season for the cats. Congrats on the Win I can see how prowd you are.
I knew Cat fans tore down the goal posts, but I had not thought about what was done with them. They're on display in a bar? After you won 3 of 4? And not a single Cat poster thinks you went too far with the GPs from that single game considering the rivaly is over 100 years old?

Simply Amazing

Whats wrong with putting the goalposts in a bar? It's a huge rivalry and it adds a lot of flare to the bar. I think it is a good looking addition to that bar. Everyone always wants a piece of the rivalry and the bar got one of the goalposts this time. Try not to have an aneurism over this, okay?
Just messing with you Longhorn. If my posts seem to serious, they probably aren't.

That was pretty da-- funny!
Still, the GP in a bar after a regular season win does seem a bit extreme.

Nope, but they learned the leason that needed to be learned on National TV and now have Sprint Turf just like the Griz.
Never mistake activity for accomplishment.

why dont we try to practice what we preach, and forget about last year, and lulay, and missing the playoffs again, and worry about this year, and beating the griz again, and hopefully getting in the playoffs. it's actually a little embarrasing reading this thread!

Was TV in black and white the last time the kitties were in a NC game?

The last season of "I Love Lucy" aired in 1957, 27 years before our last national title. Nice try though. Wait. No it wasn't.
