You guys can't kick Swilly of here. Here is the catch he is a white teenaged kid that wishes he was black so bad it hurts.

If you can him he will sue the Nation saying it was racially based, now here's the catch, he's white and black (kinda). What lawyer is going to take that case, since you can't argue it from any side.

BN mods know the truth of what happened with that "situation." It was a big misunderstanding that certain people decided to take entirely too far. If the mods wounldn't ignore my PM's or if I could actually meet one of them in person I could explain the entire thing and we could speak about the misunderstanding.

(Yes this is a cry to the mods to actually hear my side of the story)

I will agree that, as Ghost, Swilly has done nothing to warrant a "boot". He is -- albeit -- perhaps a tad irritating. Perhaps it's time to give the kid a second chance, if for no other reason than if it weren't for Swilly, there would never be anything posted on the smack board here.
