Hells, that ain't really smack either. In order to get home playoff games, you've got to EARN home playoff games with seeds. Explain to me again how being a top 4 seed is smack-worthy??

Really? Something tells me UMass would have smacked the kitties around last year.

What exactly gives you that impression? It wouldn't be the fact that we played App St. much tougher (in Boone) than UMass played them on a neutral field, would it? Or would it just be that you have your head so far up Hack's nose that you couldn't see well enough to make an educated opinion? Somehow, I'm guessing the latter...

App was up on UMass 21-17 in the 4th with 3 minutes left until that insurance TD. You were nowhere near the caliber they were last year.

This same thing came up on the Howard Stern radio show on sirius a few weeks ago, when the Yankkees made the playoffs and the Mets didn't.

The Mets fan said the same thing that most Cat fans feel. We don't hate the Griz. Just their idiotic, arrogant , smart ass fans who have something stupid to say every time something like that comes up.

Well, we were driving and ready to take the lead on them until our coaches made a boneheaded call that turned the game around. UMass was never truly in the game against Appy, and you know it. Don't conveniently forget where the two games were played.

You must lead a pretty sad, lonely college life if you have nothing better to do than endlessly talk trash on a Division I-AA sports board when your own school just got their biggest win in years against USC. And yes I did party and yes had some fun. But the most fun has to come when grown men on this board cry and moan as if Geoff Grochelle just kicked the ball out of bounds again.

Just want to keep y'all entertained because we know your athletic department doesn't do much of it for you, also because we all know a Griz thread would have been started by one of you some time today. The obsession continues.

Sh*& Toddler, even you have to admit that Griz fans have been pretty tame after your UNC lost. Hell, cat posters have posted way more smack about their own team than Griz fans have. And let's be honest, Griz fans could have come on here and just unloaded! Because that was, well, one hell of a bad loss.

Hmmm, 1700 posts in three and a half years of membership on this board. That doesn't seem unreasonable to me. If you haven't noticed, I rarely post much during the week anymore because I am busy working a full-time job, managing my real estate holdings, and rehabbing from two major back surgeries. What did you do this week?

I still think it is sad that a student at the University of Oregon could find nothing better to do last night than post sophomoric trash on a message board of fans his school doesn't even play. I'm pretty sure there are quite a few jizz fans who like to rag on Bobcat fans for taking more pleasure in a jizzly loss than a Bobcat win, but I'm pretty sure you are an outstanding example that this mindset is alive and well on both sides of the divide. Eugene was probably a fun-ass town to be in yesterday - too bad you might as well have just stayed back in Hamilton for all that you took it in.

Eugene was indeed fun last night. What else is there to do when you beat USC and the Griz continue to roll? Some hotties in Halloween costumes!!! Probably not what you were used to in cow town. However between the hours of 4 and 6 I happened to come home and see what happens after switching on Northwest Cable News and turning on Mick online to catch the end of the Griz game. What do I find but Good ol MSU embarrassing the state of Montana in Greeley, Colorado. Congrats. Normally, like 90% of other Griz fans I would shut up on the issue, however Cat fans have to be THE most in-denial trash talking boo-hooing "fan base" of mediocrity that I've seen this side of Notre Dame.

On a side note - hope your back surgery went well, but the meds are making you bitchy.

Yeah 19-17 when you have the chance to win the game is really beating the piss outta someone. They were absolutely the better team though. The Cats would have not even belonged on the same field.
