The fieldhouse is far from a sandbox. If you are arguing football, why? And I highly doubt that any griz away game in the BSC has any better atmosphere than a home game for the Cats. You are either really dumb or are still in elementary school. And every single person knows that the griz have the most bandwagon fans in the state. I wouldn't be bragging about your attendance. You BARELY lead in attendance anyway, if at all. Congratulations on gloating about your 6-7 record.PDXGriz wrote:How so - we still lead you in attendance despite having a worse record.......longhorn_22 wrote:That doesn't define 'bandwagon.' And you, a griz fan of all fans, should not be arguing with anyone about bandwagoning.PDXGriz wrote:By dipping to what - 1,500 in attendance and calling yourself a rodeo school.longhorn_22 wrote:How do you get on a bandwagon for a team you are already a fan of?
Oh and if you've ever been to a Griz away game it even has a better atmosphere than that aluminum sandbox you call a stadium.

Do some research before you post drivel, Griz troll.

Yeah, we were a good rodeo school, until the NCAA stepped in and said the cowboys and cowgirls had to make rodeo a club sport, because they were earning money in the NRA and PRCA circuit over the summer.
That's a real dig - I'm hurt.

Eric Curry STILL makes me sad.

Hey smarty - if you read closer I was talking about when Durham was still there and you guys were the doormat of the Big Sky / the days when you would get to the BSC tourney and choke to the GRIZ.grizzh8r wrote:MSU average attendance: 4050PDXGriz wrote:By dipping to what - 1,500 in attendance and calling yourself a rodeo school.longhorn_22 wrote:How do you get on a bandwagon for a team you are already a fan of?

Alpha wouldn't be happy if Bear Bryant coached the football team and John Wooden the basketball team.AlphaGriz1 wrote:I hate basketball so it really doesn't matter to me, but you are right on the money with that post.Cledus wrote:Fair enough.
I won't mention how far the Griz program has fallen since Krysko left and how Tinkle has squandered all the talent, turning a truly great team into sub .500 chumps.
Tinkle is not a head coach.

I wouldn't be either. Seeing Bear Bryant's corpse pacing the sideline would scare the living isht out of me.GrizinWashington wrote:Alpha wouldn't be happy if Bear Bryant coached the football team and John Wooden the basketball team.AlphaGriz1 wrote:I hate basketball so it really doesn't matter to me, but you are right on the money with that post.Cledus wrote:Fair enough.

And if Wooden coached the Griz at Worthington they better make sure the precious life saving stepping stools are in place -- Division I program my ass.

It was longer than 20 minutes but we made good time. We sat there and waited for about 10 minutes until the crowd cleared. I live very close to the field house so it was a snap to get back.grizzh8r wrote:You got outta there and back to a computer in 20 minutes? Unreal...longhorn_22 wrote:LOL @ the title of this thread.

Tonight's ours.
Write it down.
Oh, and I promise not to bring up that most recent disappointing loss at home in the playoffs where your all-american kicker could have won the game after a great last-minute drive down field, if he just only would have made a fairly routine kick for him. As long as you don't bring up the scenario where our less-than-all-american kicker missed that last-second kick in Greeley.

First of all basketball sucks.
Second, didn't you guys lose to the worst team in the history of the BSC (Northern Colorado) in the regular season?
How do you even dignify the smack room by comparing that to losing to anyone in the playoffs?
I guess you guys have to take what you can get even if it's a bad argument.

I'm not sure God wanted the grizzly bear. The year after the grizzly bear was adopted the state animal, we won the national title.PDXGriz wrote:Oh gotcha.longhorn_22 wrote:It's called a basketball 'game.' But I have an idea. Let's just combine the 2 schools into one massive school and dominate the nation. That would take care of a lot of problems.

But I'm not sure it's worth giving up the rivalry.
