From one Griz to another, it seems to me that you should've made some obvious stipulations in your bet. Like, requiring the font to stay at a certain level and that crazycat has to post once a day or something like that. Anyone could get around that bet the way you put it together. All he has to do is not post under that screen name and create another name to post under. Or just not post. Or shrink the font way down, so you can barely read it. Anyone could've figured that out.
It's your own fault for not doing this stuff and you should just admit that and move on. He had an easy time outsmarting you this time, so quit crying about it and learn from it.

Exposing cat fans as losing welches ranks higher in my world. It's funny how a fan base often imitates their team. As a Griz fan I don't necessarily root for the cats so I love it.BigBruceBaker wrote:There is only a few things better on message boards than seeing GiW gettin dominated on the smack board.
Careful tampa, griz girl is around somewhere. She'll come put you in your place as well.tampa_griz wrote:Exposing cat fans as losing welches ranks higher in my world. Females have one function in my world. Their opinion on sports isn't it. But you can hide under her skirt all day for all I care.BigBruceBaker wrote:Careful tampa, griz girl is around somewhere. You're a pig. Too bad that drunk sailor had to tell your mom what that one function was.tampa_griz wrote:Females have one function in my world.
The griz did have a bye week, they simply chose to take it the first week of the season.anacondagriz wrote:Back to the topic, the Griz are banged up. They have not had a bye week this year, due to not having an August game.
But the injuries we know of:
Mariani - Ankle
Trumane Johnson - knee
Russum - knee or leg
Colt Anderson has been seen wearing a boot on his foot
Andrew Swink - hand
Those are some pretty big names to have injured.
Why did we have to explain that one?GOKATS wrote:The griz did have a bye week, they simply chose to take it the first week of the season.anacondagriz wrote:Back to the topic, the Griz are banged up. They have not had a bye week this year, due to not having an August game.

To clarify, I was just joking and trying to make a subtle point about the genesis of the term "welch/welsh."Bay Area Cat wrote:I'm just sorely disappointed in GinW for using ethnic slurs to describe the behavior of another poster. For shame!

Hmmm. I'll give you Johnson... good player and I haven't seen him on the field for you guys the past few games. For everyone else, they're all playing. If they weren't 80% or better, they probably wouldn't be on the field knowing Hauck and how deep you guys are. I would say that you are extremely healthy relative to what a team should be that's still playing this late in the season.anacondagriz wrote:Back to the topic, the Griz are banged up. Yeah but the beauty of this is - this was supposed to be the worst year so far for the Griz since maybe 98. A rebuilding year, if you will.catatac wrote:Hmmm. Talk to me when you lose your 1 and 2 QB's, your best receiver, 2 linemen, and the best D-end in the Big Sky, and the best tight end in the Big Sky... FOR THE SEASON.
I think Anaconda's just listing injuries where they will be playing hurt or we hope to still get them back by the end of the year. The Griz have had season ending injuries not on his list, ie Carson Bender hurt and lost for the year when we played at Weber.catatac wrote:Hmmm. It must suck to have your rival's rebuilding year far outweigh anything you've done in the last 25 years.
GrizinWashington wrote:Win or lose on Friday (and I'm beginning to think it's going to be a win), what Hauck and the Griz have accomplished this year is nothing short of amazing. Many people thought this team would struggle to get 8 wins to be playoff eligible. Now, they're a game away form Chattanooga. And they haven't done it with smoke and mirrors. There is little doubt that they are one of the 4 best teams in the nation (in fact, I think Friday's game is the de facto title game).
