WOW, touchy f-ing jizz fans around here, all I said is that the CAA plays defense like a bunch of little girls and that they have a chance to win another NC. and all the griz fans go ballistic. I didnt say anything bad about your team.

So jizz fans tell me one way or the other, do you think that the CAA has tougher defenses thatn the BSC, MVC and GWC. I dont think they do, I also think the SOCON doesnt have too great of defenses either. It goes back to the east coast bias and why 5 teams from the CAA and 2 from the SOCON mad the playoffs, why do teams from thos conferences rank so high in the polls. I think it is because they have weaker defenses, if they had to play against westren defenses their offenses wouldnt look so powerful.

IMO the 4th or 5th ranked defense in the BSC is probably better than the highest ranked defense in the CAA.

Just a note above - I left out the Southland since the only team I have seen play was TxSt and I wasnt impressed with their defense either

you guys should have never lost to UMASS i blame that game entirely on Josh Swogger, i was very angry at the end of that game because of his interception on a potential game winning drive.. he threw it right to him and i am still angry for that, because it gives the east cost more ammo against the west.. same thing with last year against effing wofford the first round AT HOME when the qb had 3 picks the first half.. i dont consider myself a griz fan but i root for my state befor any other and i guess those are the times you get the taste of what you always say to bobcat fans.. if the terrier fans last season would say POOR GRIZ or YOU SUCK or anything else, you guys would be pissed and find them ignorant for not being aware of how shortly you fell in reaching your full potential, or half if that matter... dont pitch ****** to the bobcat fans about this season because i know 99.9% of you were worried most of the game, even when it was 28-3 you were worried because of the potential in MSU and how dangerous they are... there is always a game to be played and cockiness will bite the griz in the ass one day..

We are coming up in womens bball, we have been solid in basketball for the last several years and have gone to the ncaa's several times in the last two decades. Our track and field is VERY good as is our Long distance. Volleyball is good although this year is a rebuilding year. And our football team is on the right track and has 8 winning seasons. What program is slipping?

Your Men's team has been there 3 times in the last 20-30 years. About the same amount of times ours has. You have 1 win and we don't. WEBER has gone more than anyone in the past 10-20 years ( I think). And I know they have 2 wins and almost went to the Sweet 16 twice.

I was there... and my dad who is griz alum, probably the biggest griz fan around.. he turned to me and said when at the end of the first half, the cats should be killing us right now.. if you are not big enough to admit that the game was closer than the score, than you are ignorant.

I agree the game was closer than the score but at 28-3 there weren't any worried Griz fans. Only thing I was worried about is if I was going to go to a friends house or the bar after the game. I decided with the former as a good house party is better than a bar any day.
