Actually it's a little more than twice (at least for 2006) (Did not find year end 2007 numbers)

UM total attendence 203,400, msu 89,309
Once again ECG PROVES that um has no math requirment.

2006 attendence
UM 203,400 in 9 games = 22,600 avg
MSU 89,309 in 7 games = 12,758 avg.

http://web1.ncaa.org/d1mfb/2006/Interne ... NDANCE.pdf

If ECG had anything other than a um education he would understand that 22,600 is not a little more than twice 12,758

Oh and btw for 2007 the figures are

um 182,396 in 8 games for 22,800 avg
msu 85,472 in 6 games for 14,245 avg

Do you think ECG can figure this out or do we need to get out the crayons to explain it to him

http://web1.ncaa.org/d1mfb/2007/Interne ... NDANCE.pdf
With the question asked, its over 1/2. Nobody said "per game".

Cheesh.
Another um educated idiot.

Since when does um have more than one game on a weekend
Now talk about how many people drive across Montana for a fizzly weekend
'a' would indicate that the original question was about 1 game or on a per game basis.

I feel as if I'm getting dumber by clicking on this thread.

"A" Griz game happened two more times than "A" bobkitty game. Eight games to six. Go smoke another and come back.

Looks to me like bozo's math requirements need to be increased as you obviously didn’t grasp the very basics of math.

How many people drive across Montana for a Grizzly weekend??? 182,396 in 2007

How many people drive across Montana for a cat Weekend???
85,472 in 2007.

Follow closely 182,396/ 85,472 = 2.1339853987270685136652938974167

Now, I am going to make this easy for you being the math is a little hard for you to understand.

I'm going to round 2.1339853987270685136652938974167 down to 2.00.

So for every cat fan that travelled to a game in bozo, 2 GRIZ fans travel to a game in beautiful Missoula.

When has your famous WGS held 182,396 in "a" weekend.

Name the game and date that you have had that many people in "a" weekend.

"a" is singular not plural,

evidently reading comprehension is not taught at um either.

I can't believe I'm jumping in to this moronic debate, but I'm going to anyway.

Let me try to illustrate this point for you by analogy, Cat:

Suppose I fly to California next weekend to go to Disneyland.

Suppose further that ECG flies to California the weekend after I am there.

Suppose Billings Griz flies to California the weekend after that.

And suppose you fly to California the weekend after that.

Now -- after all of these trips to California happen, which of the following statements would most accurately describe the number of people in this conversation who have been to California for a weekend this year:

(a) Four of us have gone to California for a weekend;
(b) Only one of us has been to California for a weekend (because we weren't all there on the same weekend);
(c) Three of us have been to California for a weekend (because the reader went to UM, which doesn't have a math requirement), or
(d) Two of us have been to California for a weekend (because the reader went to MSU, which doesn't have any requirement that its graduates be capable of reading or logical thinking).

It's C of course

And I believe the "its" in D should be "it's" because it is a possesive...since we're going to correct everything on here like it's a damn middle school test.

Uhh...no.

"It's" is a contraction for "it is." "Its" is possessive.

Nice try, though. ;)

WHAT?????!!!!!! If you're going to correct something, at least BE correct, you moron!! "Its" IS possesive. "It's" is a contraction for "it is". And they call UM dUMb. Unfreakin' believable.

First of all lets correct your analogy to make it more accurate with what really happens.

Suppose GL and ECG fly to California on the 1st weekend to go to Disneyland.

Suppose further that ECG and BG flies to California the 2nd weekend.

Suppose Billings Griz and GL flies to California the 3rd weekend.

How many total people traveled to California?
How many trips were made to California?
How may people went to California for one (“a”) weekend?

You can't count the same person twice. I'm sure many of these people went to more than one Cat or Griz game, so this doesn't accurately depict how many "people" drive across Montana for "a" game. It would have to be how many 'times do' people drive across Montana... Also, I'd assume driving across Montana would mean coming from outside of Missoula or Bozeman.

You all get an "F", except Grizlaw who gets and "F-" for using false information to try to prove a point w/o doing the proper research into this poor formula. Any attorney should know better.
