Yep, his ramblings get more and more incoherent, don't they?

Eric Curry
STILL makes me sad.

Kirk told me that afternoon that the reason he and his son were sold on the Griz was because the Griz have a "chance" to play in the post season. (without getting down on Ash Timmer did not have much confidence that Ash could take the cats to the playoffs). In addition Kirk Timmer and BH both told me that they were friends from 6'th grade when they were room mates at a Carroll College football camp. Personally, I liked the CC connection.
As far as the school colors are concerned.. is there anyone that can deny that the Griz looked awesome in their uniforms vs JMU in the semi final game last December?
elkmcc, for your information as well as everyone elses, as a close family friend I can speak for the Timmers.....if Kirk said something to you in that nature at the scrimmage you took it out of context. We all know the Griz have a good thing going and post season play is common for them. Kirk did not and will not bash Ash and his staff. In fact, I have heard him say multiple times how classy Ash and his staff are and that Ash is the type of man you want your son to play for! Ty's decision was based on a lot of variables, he clicked with the current players and new recruits, and the staff recruited him hard and made him feel apart of the program! Ty wanted to be a Bobcat his whole life but, the Griz came in and swept him away!! Kirk and Kelly will always be Cats, Ty is an 18 year old kid, lets wish him well and get over this!!!
Ok, I will say it once again. Kirk Timmer told me he didn't have much confidence that Ash could take the cats to the playoffs. Sorry if that hurts your feelings but that is what he told me. He never bashed Ash at all but I certainly didn't take anything out of context. Perhaps you need to talk to Kirk again and find out how he feels. To be honest I had never met Kirk Timmer before the spring game but I found him to be quite engaging, articulate and unlike many cat fans, cordial in nature.
Finally, if you were a former All American who took your Montana football team to (win) the Nat'l Championship and it has been a quarter century since your former team had even won enough total playoff games in that entire span of time to make it to the semifinals wouldn't you question the bobcats ability to make it to the playoffs?

If you're going by tennis scores, elk would only need 2 sets. Women's rules and all.

This is the best comeback all of you could do in a week? That's a laugher.
