There was no payoff, the police department in Missoula did their best to cover the U.

The dad and son are fine with the outcome and the way BH handled the situation. He treated them very well in the process.

When the Cat problems began, I kept my mouth shut because while I had no knowledge of specific instances, I thought something less then pleasant was probably going on in Missoula too. Alls I can say is you best be careful when pointing fingers. A certain well known, old Griz coach told me that when you point a finger at somebody you have three pointing back at you. I have no love for the Cats, but I don't wish them any problems other then how they can get a leg up on the Griz. I hope all is well on the off the field problem front for you guys, but if you really believe things aren't going on then you do have your head in the sand. One night of too much alcohol and girl problems might have you eating a big crow pie. Kids are kids and I wish both programs avoid any more bad situations.

Trumaine is an exceptionally gifted athlete, but is an immature thug from the hood who has zero class. Ironically, he has legitimate NFL-type talent, but will probably blow any chances he will have to get drafted because of his off-field behavior. I have talked to many people from Missoula who have experienced Trumaine in action in downtown Missoula. He is an incident waiting to happen.

I call BS on your statements about Trumaine being a thug from the hood and an incident waiting to happen. Trumaine is actually a well spoken nice young man. He got into a stupid fight and learned a valuable lesson from it. Ever since the fight he has actually stayed away from parties and other places where he could get in trouble. So hard to be an incident waiting to happen downtown when he is rarely downtown. While the taunting foul was dumb he was slapping hands with his teammate. Wasn't taunting the opponent in any way. Once again Hauck did the right thing and benched him just so he knows that no matter how good you are you cannot hurt the team by doing something like that. So Grizplan I don't know what your agenda is but spouting off lies and rumors on a rivals board is not gonna work.

Wrong BDizzle my roommate was in Missoula for the game and went to an after party at Klaboe's house and guess who was there Trumaine. He hasn't learned his lesson and I highly doubt he is a well spoken kid. Once a problem always a problem, believe what you want though.

i don't at all question your story, but what is the problem with it? now we're gonna call out griz players for getting together after games? i don't even have a problem with players going to the bar on saturday nights after games. as long as they are of age, and not doing anything illegal than who cares? that said, most of them realize downtown isn't the best place for them. for one, it's a prime way for rumors to start whether true or not. seen it a thousand times. and second, you just never know when you'll run into that one meathead who wants to prove his worth by taking out a football player. also have seen this numerous times. so, it's pretty common for both football and basketball players to get together after the game, grab some dinner, buy some beer and maybe a couple bottles, and head over to a team mates for a house party. i think this is a smart way to still let lose a little, still enjoy college life, and minimize the chances of serious incidents that are commonplace in downtown bars. and, as i've said a thousand times, calling out griz players on this is just silly as our players do the same thing every weekend. who cares?
