If I had the wings of an eagle
If I had the ass of a crow
I'd fly over Missoula tomorrow
and sh!t on everything below.

At least Missoula takes a bit of pride in itself. Missoulians don't need to ****** on Bozeman....there's too much ****** being thrown around this town already.

A Chadron State Eagle flew through Bozeman, and left the Bobcat defenders strewn behind him.

I guess you're right. No one would even notice sh!t in Missoula because they can't see through the smog.

Not that I'm not still embarassed as hell about that game, but:
1. NDSU was 8-3 that year; not, as you claimed, "sub 500"; and
2. We lost by one point. Hardly an "ass kicking" compared to the complete domination the Cats suffered at the hands of Chadron State last year.
Anything else you'd like to talk about?

Further, would anyone really be all that embarrassed to lose to NDSU......given what we now know about them......by one or two points?

It's still a DII school so the answer is yes, it's embarrasing.

What NDSU is now is no excuse. The griz lost to a DII school at wa/griz.
There are griz fans who would claim the griz could kick USC's ass if it were a home game- gimme a break.............

Aint that the truth. Man I couldn't live there .. my allergies would be bugging me non stop. Nice smokey hole in the ground (maybe that is why they dug down WA GRIZ?) ... the smoke rises so would be a little clearer.

Of course, they don't have to hold spring practice in mid July there because the snow hasn't melted yet....

I'll take the white stuff on the ground anyday over the brownish/putrid $hit hanging over zoola. I lived there the worst ten years of my life- B&R in Helena. You can have your hell hole.

It's like we tell everyone who doesn't already live in Seattle: "It rains here all the time; don't move here". (In reality, NYC, Philadelphia, Boston, Atlanta, D.C. and a hundred other cities get more annual rain than Seattle.)
So, Gokats, it's smoggy all the time in Missoula; don't move there. PLEASE.

Just like it snows here until July.

Don't worry - I'll NEVER live there. Add the word "stinking" to the words "hell-hole" and that pretty much describes it.
Poor bastards. :pointandlaugh:

Missoula is the sixth-best city in the country, according to Men's Journal. The magazine's "50 Best Places to Live" rankings also kept Missoula in first place for cities with populations under 100,000. Missoula ranks in fourth place among best adventure towns.
Forbes magazine called Missoula the No. 11 small place for business and careers. (May 2003)
Named “Best Community in the West” by Sunset magazine. (1999)
Found this little nugget in the UM "fact a day thread" over on AGS.
