I can't blame them for posting here. I've been to egriz and it's sheer lunacy over there. There's never a thread based on reality. Things ranging from their coach getting a job at a FBS school to how great a recruiter he is.
He can't beat an 8-3 team at home with a line up of practically all seniors and he recruits known problems, yet "he's off to Colorado State!" Ha!

Correction.....BH got a lot closer to getting the Stanford and WSU jobs than the Cats did at making the playoffs. There was more than just eGriz posters mentioning his name with those schools. Rational people were not mentioning the Cats as a serious playoff possibility.cats2506 wrote:CC's posts are way more reality based than the plethora of egriz posters that really believe that BH has a shot at any PAC 10 head coaching job.

Nobody want bobby after this season, the 2006 season (stanford) was his best shot.
This year with the problems and the realization that he can't get past the first round with a senior heavy team of his own recruits and the second best RB in school history and the most productive FG kicker in the fcs and he gets bounced by a community college in the first round, and 7 current players arrested for things like murder, B&E, Kidnapping, yeah I'm sure PAC 10 boosters are saying lets get a coach like that.
Yes we lost our playoff asperiations at UNC and any number of things could have gone our way and things would have been different but we know that it happened and it is a fact, but it has nothing to do with the FACT that nobody want s bobby.
I'm glad you like him because you are stuck with him.

Sweet! Another "I hate BH so much" thread......I can't blame ya. I'd hate him too after what he did to you guys this year. But back to the discussion at hand......cats2506 wrote:have another sip of Kool-Aid

So we've changed the parameters of the argument from Bobby never having a chance at a PAC 10 coaching job to nobody wants Bobby. OK......
The fact remains that more than just Griz fans thought he was on the short list for WSU and CSU. The same cannot be said for the Cats' chances at the playoffs.

On the changing of the paramaters. My original quote is below with the part underlined that you didnt seem to comprehend before you stupidly opened your mouth and responded to it.
I know that UM dosn't have any math requirment but they must not have a reading comprehension requirment either.cats2506 wrote:CC's posts are way more reality based than the plethora of egriz posters that really believe that BH has a shot at any PAC 10 head coaching job.
I never said I hate him, even if I do think he is a scumbag. I said that I'm glad you like him because you are stuck with him. I think that's great for you.
Now how does
equate to reality. no evidence at all is there. Now if you had said that poor bobby wanted the job and wants out of zoola then that would be based on reality, but he never really had a shot at either job this year.dip$h!t Griz fan wrote:Griz fans thought he was on the short list

I am on eGriz.cats2506 wrote:You are dense enough that you really should be over on egriz.
I'm stupid? Montana has a math requirement...trust me. The math requirements for my Computer Science degree were enough that I only had to take one more math course at the 300-or-above level to get a math minor. Next.......cats2506 wrote:....you didnt seem to comprehend before you stupidly opened your mouth and responded to it.

It is great....for Montana. Bad news for you though. Sorry.....cats2506 wrote:I never said I hate him, even if I do think he is a scumbag. I said that I'm glad you like him because you are stuck with him. I think that's great for you.
Nice job at chopping my quote in half. We know why........cats2506 wrote:Now how doesequate to reality. no evidence at all is there.dip$h!t Griz fan wrote:Griz fans thought he was on the short list
The point, for those of us with substandard reading comprehension skills, is that Bobby's chances at a PAC 10 coaching job were a lot more reality-based than CC's "Bobcats in the playoffs" prediction.

By reality based, do you mean the same ESPN (creator of that sweet ass content "Who's Now") that reported on the day of the SEC championship game that Les Miles accepted the head coaching position at Michigan?tampa griz wrote:The point, for those of us with substandard reading comprehension skills, is that Bobby's chances at a PAC 10 coaching job were a lot more reality-based than CC's "Bobcats in the playoffs" prediction.
UM is the university equivalent of Axe Body Spray and essential oils.

That was the first of many links that came up in a quick search of the subject. It's actually an AP story that ESPN posted on their site. I could've posted the other links from other sports writers.......but it's Christmas and feeling a little generous.Cledus wrote:By reality based, do you mean the same ESPN (creator of that sweet ass content "Who's Now") that reported on the day of the SEC championship game that Les Miles accepted the head coaching position at Michigan?

I think we're onto something here. Maybe UM does require a math prerequisite, if so, we could have a prerequisite for Griz fans who post here. For instance, if they really think Hauck has a shot at a job outside the BSC for anything besides an asst. coach at UCLA, then they should have a
emoticon automatically posted at the start of all their posts. Thinking he's a good recruiter or good coach could also prompt this emoticon. Although it does go without saying.

Lots of folks outside of Grizland......including some that make a living in athletics.....will tell you BH is a good coach and a good recruiter. In fact, BH has been declared the best coach in the conference by his peers two years in a row. I know that hurts crazy.....but it's the truth.crazycat wrote:Maybe UM does require a math prerequisite, if so, we could have a prerequisite for Griz fans who post here.
