I would do what made me the happiest and what I loved to do and lived to do...Not what some people wanted me to do because it was the popular thing to do. McGillis, i'm sure, will make his decision with his heart and his head, not his ego. (whatever that decision may be)
*Plus I wouldn't want people knowing that my girlfriend was anarexic (j/k)

Would you want to play 10 or 11 times in front of 24,000 screaming fans who know your name, who your folks are and what your girl freind favorite meal is ? Or, would you want to go play for tha hated rival and play a few games in front of 4 to 5 thousand at best that don't know who you are and also don't care?
This was perhaps the creepiest and least convincing pitch to play for the Griz that I have ever heard.

1) Since when did MSU average 4 to 5 thousand at football games?
2) I'll go with the fans
not knowing my girlfriend's favorite meal.

He's right, of course. We all know that Hilliard's girlfriend's favorite meal was a fist sandwich.

Come on Jag, you gotta admit that was funny.

Even the Griz have a sense of humor, don't they?

Some Griz football fans arrogance never ceases to amaze me. As far as I am concerned though, If this Mcgillis kid is gonna play basketball, he is looking at the right place (MSU) for state dominance.

Right! Just like the womens basketball dominance was changing to "east of the divide" a few years back!
