Now, I'm too much of a gentleman to make you change your screen name, even though that is what we agreed upon. But what I will require is that you put the following phrase in your Signature line, and leave it until next year's Brawl, when we can go double or nothing:
"Montana Grizzly Football: A Century of Dominance!"
That seems fair, no?

Last I heard he choked to death trying to breath in the sh!t they call air in San Franzoula.
I avoid fizzoula like the plague, but was forced to drive thru a couple times about a month ago on my way to/from Portland for my sons wedding. Holy sh!t Batman, that crap stinks!!
BTW, I lived in the Bonner area for a few years, but never lived in fizzoula (you can breath the air once you get outside of fizzoula).

Crazy, saw that you were on BCN today. Oddly, no comment on this thread, though. You're not trying to avoid your obligations are you? I would be very disappointed. I know you're nearly always wrong, but I figured you'd still man-up and not welch.

The bet was for screen names. You won. I was done posting, but since you called me a welch in another thread, that pretty much nullifies the bet and as is the case when dollars are wagered, you now have to allow me to begin posting again (give my money back), while you can no longer post (give me the money you wagered). Man did you screw that up.

You also need to take tampa griz with you, since he aligned with you on your welch claim.

Liars.

GinWa can't give you your money back. You never paid up. That's really sad.

Your inability to acknowledge that I was paying by not posting isn't suprising. It fits your past struggles on this board. Anyway, I'm willing to stick to my bet as I've described it and will no longer post here as crazycat or any other poster. Seeings how you seem eager to act in GiW's behalf and get overly involved in his dealings, is this agreed?

No. You should either:
A. Hand over your login credentials to GinWa (pay him). If you bet $50 on a game and lose, you don't just take the money out of your wallet and throw it away. You have to
give it to the winner. It belongs to him now. That's what GinWa would've done.
or
B. Accept GinWa's gracious offer to let you keep your SC and instead change your sig for one year.
And yes, I collect for Mr. GinWa.

I never enter into these stupid "screen name/signature line" bets for exactly this reason, but here's what I think.
The original bet was never very well-defined. Crazycat said "let's bet screen names," but wtf does that mean? I would take it to mean not that the loser has to quit posting, but that the loser keeps posting, and the winner gets to choose the loser's new screen name. If that was the bet, then it would seem to me that letting the loser keep his screen name, but making him change his signature line, is a reasonable substitute, although it probably should've been spelled out a little better from the start.
No matter how you look at it, it was crazycat's mouthing off about how good the Cats were (and how bad the Griz were) that led to this bet, and he lost. If he wants to quit posting, of course that's his right; nobody can force him to keep posting. Like I said, this is exactly why I never do these stupid bets -- if I'm going to bet, it's always for either booze, steak dinners, or cold hard $$$, because these "screen name"-type bets are too easy to weasel out of.

I thought it meant that CC has to give him his screen name.
Hence the betting of screen names.

That's what I thought too. In any bet, the loser loses something and the winner wins something. If you bet money, someone loses money and the other gains it. If you bet a horse, someone loses a horse and the other gains a horse. The proper thing to do would be to give GinWa the login credentials to the crazycat screenname.

OK. You guys decide what the terms of the bet are and, if they're within reason, I'll agree to them. As stated, my intention was to quit posting altogether. That's what I would've expected of GinW. Obviously, if he wants me to take some ridiculous signature line or create an equally ridiculous screen name, I could do that and then just not post so I don't have to be reminded of it and rob you of your jollies. That would be my easy out...just not post. So it'd be just as easy to go with what I offered and since no more specific terms were laid out and I 'did' quit posting as proof to what I thought the terms were, but y'all started poppin' off. My lack of posting should be recognized as evidence of my intentions.
Seems like a sweetheart deal for you Griz posters, who are so annoyed by my presence.
Again, if you want to come up with something reasonable, I'll go along with it, but keep in mind that if it's something moronic like "I luv da griz" whatever the decision is I can just not post and you won't get to have your beloved jollies.
