Hey, they beat us at a canned food drive before the Brawl. Why, based on that I'd say their program appears to be on the rise.

I don't know if the food drive claim is true or if it's just GiW talking out his @ss again but, if true, I'd be much more proud of my school winning a canned food drive over a football game any day of the week.

I doubt we could ever compete with the absurd amount of internet-crap-egos who look for validation of their program on their instate rival's board.

Missoula likes to act like the caring giving type of town but when the metal meets the meat they fold harder than the cats in October.

Missoula wouldn't beat Malta in a canned food drive.

Hurricane Andrew:
MTN stations held a drive for food clothing etc for the victims. The only town that didn't fill a full tractor trailer was Missoula.
KAJ in Kalispell filled a truck
KRTV in GF filled 1 and 3/4 of another
KXLF in Butte filled almost 3 trailer
KTVQ in Billing filled 2
Missoula filled almost half of a trailer

Hurricane Katrina:
I had a water drive ON MY OWN because it pissed me off that our stupid GOV made a big news story sending 6-7 hundred cases of water to them in a helicopter.

I got Fed/Ex to donate full 18 wheel trailers in Butte and Missoula

Butte alone helped me send 830 cases of bottled water
Missoula 70 cases.......but I have to say I only had radio and tv ads in Missoula and had it parked in hard to reach location (UM) three days before a football game
