I don't want to hear how good the lady griz are! That was a old fashion "a" whooping! I believe one of the players was guaranteeing a win. Overrated, just like their football team!

Well, you're right about one thing. That first half was certainly a "whooping". The Lady Griz were so much better than Pitt in that first half that it really wasn't even a contest. Incidentally, they were better than both the Zags and Xavier as well, so if they had just shot even an average percentage in the 2nd half, the Griz would be headed to their Sweet 16 game today.

I forget, though. How many games did the kitties finish behind the Griz in the conference standing? Was it 8 or 9?

Posts like this one from this complete moron are analogous to Roseanne Barr saying that Daniella Sarahyba isn't hot because she wasn't on the cover of this year's SI Swimsuit addition.

Wow BBB crawled out from under a rock to point out that the Bobcats got lucky a few games at the end of the year.

What was the yearly record combined for Football and Mens and Womens bball? Out of those three sports the Griz won at least a share of the BSC in two of them. How many did the Bobcats win? Out of those three sports the Griz played three playoff games, the National Championship game, and in the National Championship tournament. How man games did the Bobcats play in on that level? But Congrats again on your one victory vs the Griz this year.

I could have sworn the argument every time the cats beat the griz is that only the playoffs matter but when its the other way around the overall record counts..........which is it

I guess I don't remember the last time the cats beat the griz besides the one time this year. So when you get your butts handed to you throughout the year and then win one even though it may be the playoffs you don't have much to brag about. Also you guys still lost in the BSC tournament. If you woulda made the dance then I'd give you props. Unfortunately you didn't make the playoffs in football and the Lady Griz didnt' get a chance to play you again.

I agree that it sucks for the Griz to lose the important game to a team they beat rather easily twice during the season. I guess my point is you still didn't make it to the dance and the Griz thoroughly dominated the Bobcats throughout the year. Next year can't get here soon enough.
