Just got back from a family gathering with a few Bobcat fans in attendence. These relatives are relatively new fans to the sport of Montana College Football. Having just returned to the state of Montana and being a longtime football fan, I was frustrated to hear some of the comments at this gatheing. Since there team got the s*&^ kicked out of them yesterday, they comment that they hope Sam Houston beats the crap out of the Griz. I don't get their perspective. Montana Fans shoud be pulling for a Montana team that is still in the tournament. Don't be so bitter and close minded. There are More Montana kids on the Griz than Sam Houston. You want to root for Sam Houston, Move your butt to Texas. OH yea, The Cats have probably the 2nd best Bowl Championship facility in the Country and obviously the 2nd best college football team in the state Of Montana.

Well Sam Gratton didn't want us to win, so why should we want him to win? I noticed this on the news last night, so FTG

oh ya...I wouldn't...course, I won't be pulling for sam houston either.

Check out egriz and you will see all the love that the Grizz fans show the Cats...not all of them worship the Cats...surprise, surprise. (hey they're from Montana too).....duh!!!!!

I have no problem rooting for montana kids. My problem, year after year, is the arrogance exhibited by griz "fans" and their "birthright" regarding championships. The best part of winning Cat/griz last fall was the glorious silence all winter!!! That was the best....

My user name says it..FTG247365....This idea of rooting for the Griz is for people, not fans who sit on the fence. They aren't True Die Hard Cat fans, simple as that.

Great topic I don't think we've ever gone over this before? I only hope someone who's been on this board awhile PM's me and gives me a hint how it ends. Livingston cat like nobody was sick off your Pie hole the entire last year after the Cats won. If I was a cat fan I'd root for the Kats also. Who wants big brother going to Texas kicking Kat ass then having to listen about it all year.

The only positive to come out of the MSU loss on Saturday is we managed to screw UM in having to travel to Sam Houston. Go BearKats - FTG. Hope you lose 100-0.

I'd take 2002 off the list. Sometimes he comes up with some pretty funny stuff.
