Just wondering what you homers think will happen in Stillwater.
My guess is its close the first quarter, 21-7 at halftime and 48-14 at the end.
Dont just bitch, (but you will), give some reasoning behind your HOMERING!!!

As I stated somewhere on this board earlier - I've placed a bet with my Griz fan buddy that the Cats will fare better against OSU than the Griz will against UO. But my guess is somewhere around 31 to 13.

To be honest the way things look in Stillwater I would say that the Cats are going to put some points on the board. Yet in the same breath, I think our defense is going to have a real tough time slowing down their offense. I bet the score will be 48-31 OSU.

Kind of like the Griz fans that think they have a shot at a respectable showing against Oregon?

Alright, I'll take the bait.
OSU sounds like they are walking on the same trail that led to our O-fer a few years ago.
-New coach
-Dismissing multiple players (much needed spring cleaning never hurt anyone)
-Above average, Lower tier team coming to visit
Cats in the upset 42-38.
If you are going to be rooting for your team, you might as well go in hoping for a win, not just a respectable showing.

Your programs on the up swing?
You lost the last three - and will most likely lose your next 3?
We'll just have to wait and see about that - I have a pretty good feeling about this team though... let's sit back and just see what shakes out!!!

8 more days...

Heard the same thing before losing to Oregon 35-30 in `93 and beating OSU 35-14 in `96.

Wow - let's talk apples to apples here. If you think the 2005 grizzlies are anywhere near the caliber of the 2003 OR 2006 grizzlies, then you definitely need to take off the maroon glasses. The 2006 Grizzlies were basically unstoppable IMO - losing only to Moss & Marshall (basically a good 1A team) in the Championship. And Oregon State was crappy then - probably worse than Idaho lately. 2003 was a similar story - you guys were almost unstoppable and Oregon sucked. I could be way off base here but it sounds like Oregon will be good this year and you'll probably start off slow. Oregon 52, Griz 9. Bookmark it.

Okie Light is going to violate MSU right in the fartbox
70-0 and they'll call off the dogs after the first series of the second half.

Care to put a healthy wager on that statement?
