hey kiddylicker....THIS IS A BOBCAT BOARD, so go ahead and keep that stuff on the friz board, or if you absolutely can't help yourself, you should put it on the smack board...that's what it's there for. I know that I could care less what people are saying about friz players 3 months before the season starts, and I'm sure many people on here share the same thoughts, so please quite wasting our time.

Don't worry too much that Tony didn't mention Domenick or Milton in his article... he told me that he didn't want to mention them with all the other "scrub" RB's in 1-AA so he'll be doing a completely seperate article on them next week. Two weeks from now will be his story asking the question of who has better wide receivers, Montana with Rodamer and Perry or the St. Louis Rams with Isaac Bruce and Torry Holt.

I saw this over on egriz a while ago... The problem that the little frizzies are leaving out of this smack, is that it is a list comprised of returning runningbacks, not transfers.
I wonder why they aren't on the list, now?
It looks like Domenick is about the same size as Green is, the only difference is that Domenick is fast, and has moves to boot. Green is a great fullback, that is for sure.

Give me a break kitty fans. He posted both of the Big Sky backs and the link to the article. You guys are telling me this isn't relevant on the putty tat board. You are telling me your two topics that are getting responces are enough to keep you cat fans coming back here. Everybody else in I-AA is talking about the list, debating it, commenting on it.

Kind of hard to comment on our RB's. We just really don't know how good they are going to be. They are either going to be great or just good enough. I pesonally think that one of them is going to step forward and be amoung the leaders in the BSC next year. Who that is going to be will be decided by Kramer and company. Looks to me that we may have a three headed monster that nobody will want to face next year.
Nobody is questioning the quality of your RB's because we know both are very good.
GO CATS!!

Jah, this is definately something worthy of commenting on. Had he presented it in a bit different manner then I doubt it would have gotten moved to the smack board(note I didn't move it) and we would be talking/debating the list. It is BB's incredibly idiotic comments about no Cat's being on the list when anyone who even thought about this for two seconds would know that there are no returning Cats to be on the list. It's not that we think this isn't relevant, it's that BB tries way to hard to make it something to put the Cats down with when he ends up just looking dumb.

And, as I've commented on the Griz boards, I too believe the new cat RB's look to be a solid bunch. I'm looking forward to seeing them in action and see if they are as good as they look on paper.
However, I've already started next years list for the new guy taking over for Tony Moss.
1. Lex Hilliard
2.
I think that will get him started.

Like kmax said, it is all in the way bb started that thread. His intent wasnt to start a discussion on the top returning tailbacks in the country, it was a thread to put down the Cats. Hence its movement to the smack board.
Now Jah, had you started this thread with your comments, I am sure everyone would have added to the debate. The way you handled it was a lot classier and well thought out than bb.

Please don't read me as a liberal just because I don't like Hannity. You could Savagitize the post and I would be happy.
Just had to clear that up so I wasn't cast with the "Missoula Liberal Tree Hugger" stereotype I frequently hear from my friends in Bozeman.
Feel free to delete this post, as I would hate to turn any sports board into a political forum...

Awww, this is a smack forum, so I don't think anybody really cares what ends up in here.
I actually have a lot harder time listening to Savage than Hannity, but then, I disagree with most of what every talking head has to say.
I wasn't accusing you (if that is the right term to use) of being a liberal -- I was just mimicking a typical Hannity trait.
Personally, I think it's pretty funny that conservatives have been able to turn the term "liberal" into something with a negative connotation. In reality, this whole country is quite liberal. Iran is conservative. The Taliban is conservative. Monarchies are (generally) conservative. We actually let people vote, run their own government, and protect a laundry list of great personal freedoms with the constitution. That's pretty progressive/liberal/enlightened stuff.
Yes, I'm bored. Lots of work to do, but no motivation to do it. If anyone asks, I'm being unproductive due to my day long memorial of Reagan.

I'm notorious for missing points. I get the "liberal" mention now, in the context of Hannity saying.
You make a good (and correct IMHO) point about the missuse of the term to BAC. Some how the crazy conservatives got a bad connotation (sp?) attached to the word, and the regular conservatives didn't object to it. Now the normal liberal are all grouped with the crazy liberals, simply by calling them liberals.
Confused???? Me too, and not afraid to admit it.
