whenever slick willy posts it is usually about basketball and how football is a secondary sport to him. the griz can be winning the nc and he will be talking trash about your basketball team, and you know it

swill, i agree our board seems a litle slower than yours. but, egriz is booming with non-stop pissing matches between griz fans! i may be the minority here, but i'd take some slow "actual football talk" over very busy "bitching at one another" any day. although, as a cat fan, i do appreciate the constant griz-on-griz hating day after day!

If egriz is as exciting as you claim why do you even need to waste your time on BN. I for one would not miss your insihgtful posts. If you want to talk football, get off the smack board and create a post about something related to football.

We do talk football, and many of us are excited and optimistic about the team this year... things are looking pretty good. I've seen some of the so-called "Football Discussion" posts over there and frankly many of them are lame.

"I watched no-contact practice today and all I can say is WOW. All of our guys are bigger, stronger, and faster than they've ever been. (Pssst, other teams have strength coaches too guys) Swogger is the real deal and our 5th string running back could start for any other Big Sky team. 1. Our Grizzly team is sooo good that any losses should be attributed to a crappy O-Coordinator and not to our "Montana Boys" not playing well. Nope, its all that one guys fault, or the crappy field conditions, never poor player performance (although many of the girls in Missoula do report poor player "performance")

2. Bobby Hauck is so poular over here again, that after we beat Iowa he's going to have to decide if he wants to coach football or defeat Burns in the Senate race.

3. Our football stadium is waaay better than yours, because we know how to wine and dine big contributors, even if it means running the rest of the athletic department into the ground to do it.[/quote]

That is what I was thinking...if BN is boring and E-Griz is so awesome, maybe he should hang out on E-Griz instead of BN.

I have over 3100 posts on Egriz so to say that I dont hang out over there is idiotic. I merely come over here to raz on a bobcat or 20. You guys need to realize that I made this thread for the sure hope of people talking football and lots of it. I get sick of saying this but football is not a secondary sport to me. Football is my favorite sport to watch but Grizzly basketball is my passion. Get more active on your board!

Yes, you have over 3100 posts on egriz, and they respect you less than we at BN do (if that's possible). I, for one, haven't missed your sabbatical a damned bit because you never have anything useful to post- it's all prepubescent bull$hit.

im just surprised that he did not wait until the basketball season.
