Why would we be? Your offense sucks and it won't score against our defense.

What's to worry about? The friz had a rout over the BSC cellar dweller.

Todays game showed all kinds of ways the Cats 'O' can move the ball against the fiz 'D' but the the fiz 'O' didn't show anything that the Cats 'D' won't stop.

1) ryan force had a pic...wait a minute phantom face mask call
2) mj had a td...oops phantom int call *had posession of ball in end zone for td*
3) (?)

actually, you got us. you beat northern colorado by more points than us. congrats. you are really good. we also barely got by weber. and lost to chadron. and got crushed by davis. yet you can't shake us. we're right here. playing for the big sky title. if anything, maybe you should be worried about a team that has played so poorly, yet still has a great shot of winning the brawl.

Love the resiliency of the cats; most fans would have loss their sense of humor by now!!!

I have to give the Griz credit for putting UNC through the wringer, like they should have. But come on... UNC didn't even show up on defense. I've seen little guy defenses with more technique and desire. TBF broke about 70 half-assed arm tackles in the third quarter alone. Shoulda scored 100 points on 'em.

They layed down for the Griz... something they didn't do against the 'Cats. Once again, the Griz benefit from the Bobcat Effect.

I gotta sit down... I'm getting dizzy from my own spin!

After watching that game, I have the same feelings. Especially in that first half.

Griz also had a lot of calls go their way. On that Tuff Harris TD punt return, there was an OBVIOUS block in the back that was not called.

Then, there was a phantom PI call on UNC's Askew when Chambers tripped over his own two feet inside the UNC 10.

Also, the refs blew two calls when UNC was on offense - one was a pass that was ruled uncatchable when it should have been PI, the other happened there was a completion in the 3rd quarter with about 4:50 remaining that was called incomplete (replay showed he clearly caught the ball).

Just more evidence that the Griz get some pretty friendly calls by the refs.

Wow, you are in late season form for whining about the refs. I guess everybody's gotta practice to get ready for the big game. You practice your whining about the refs, and I'll practice my celebratory drinking, and we'll both be ready by next week.

Their ineptitude is inexcuseable. I just get so damned sick and tired of it. Must.... Point.... Out...... MISTAKES!! :P

Good lord the Griz are dumb! You'd think they would have saved some of those points for thier next game. It looks like they have no points left for Cat/Griz. That's just bad point management.

The Cats, meanwhile, have only expended enough points to win their games down the stretch. That's smart.

How weak can you get grizh8r, and any other cat fan who makes excuses for every Griz win. I can't help but laugh at the hypocricy, and the very limited brain power behind narrow minded posters like you.

I don't suppose you noticed all of the holding penalties missed that would have went against UND? No, I don't suppose you did. It is also funny at, really, the ignorance of posters like this. Did you know that the Griz are the second most penalized team in the conference? Yep, I suppose the Griz pay off refs to make calls against them.

You might want to cut your ties with that meth snorting ex-coach, that stuff, I'm told, makes you paranoid. And that paranoia is getting to you. The world is against the cats, yet other than 3 games, they miraculously overcame, and against all odds won.

And teh Griz, well, everything always goes for them. Luck, refs, weather, god...everything is always on their side...and that is the only reason they ever win..don't ya know.

Let me sum it up for those who don't follow.
All Griz wins are due to cheating refs and luck.
All Griz loses are because they suck, and the refs just couldn't make enough calls to help them out.

All cat wins are due to them being a great team who overcame cheating refs who tried their best to screw them.
All cat losses are because the refs cheated for the other team.

----

I do agree that even if the Griz had won by 100 points, it isn't telling as to how the cat/Griz game will go, even if the cats barely beat UNC. Everybody knows that isn't how you determing who is the better team. Different teams, matchups, conditions, etc. The only way to tell the better team is to play the game.

Griz fans had that coming, at least the ones who say we lost because of field conditions.
I will say field conditions to affect games, and may help or hurt one team more than another. But both teams have to play in the same conditions, so it is even.

Refs always cheating for the Griz, is not even. I wonder how much the Griz had to pay the refs to cheat for them.

Probably a lot. Where do you think that gigantic athletic department debt came from?

ha ha. So that is where the money went. And here I though the cat fans were just a little brain dead. I wonder how the Griz pay off diffenent ref squads, they must pay them all off.

What is funny, is there are probably cat fans who really DO believe refs do cheat for the Griz. That type of paranoia really isn't healthy. I can only imagine what other paranoid thought creep into their head.

Hey grizh8r, we're watching you thru the computer. Beware. 8)

 Gotta love Griz o Griz hatin'. However, I agree shaker. The only score you can compare both teams by is the final score on the 18th.

GO CATS!

Thank God someone else noticed that. I cannot believe how much UNC laid down in the 2nd half. That was pathetic. So much for the Griz getting everybody's best game... I hope the Griz think their going to be able to move tha ball on us like they did against UNC...
