Kellen Alley... its a wrap
I am not sure, but i here that Kellen Alley was asked to leave the bobcat football program, due to the fact that " he didnt get "good enough quick enough". I thought to myself this cant be, this kid scream potential and I hear he is no slouch academically. It sadens me that I never got to see this kid play. I am not sure what he is gonna do , go division 2 or what, but whatever he does I hope he does well. Kramer is cutthroat for this one, he really is.

I hate to hear that this might be true. He did look like he had tons of potential as well. Kramer/Bailey is the one that sees him on a daily basis in practice though and I trust their opinion if they think he's not making strides. Remember, WR's must not only run PRECISE routes .. they also have to have the desire to block etc. I have barely seen him so I can't say on these points, but believe me ... if he was good enough to see the field I'm sure he would have this past year. Hard to say on this one .. I sure am dissapointed though if its true. They may have their eye on another stud transfer maybe to compliment Gatewood.WYCAT wrote:If this is true I can't say I am surprised. There must be a lot we don't know behind the scenes because this kid smacked of potential.
