According to http://www.i-aa.org, Montana QB Craig Ochs has signed with the San Dirgo Chargers. I'm hoping Roger Cooper will sign with someone soon.

I hope they give him more of a chance than they gave Dickerson!

Let's see, San Diego has Drew Brees (All pro last year). only 4th year
Phillip Rivers (number 5 pick in last year's draft).
and a Practice Team QB they really like Cleo Lemon - 3rd year (Smith "Chargers GM cut Doug Flutie because he had to clear the path for young backups Philip Rivers and Cleo Lemon. . . . ) - Note Lemon was also not drafted, however has a great arm.

Unless they trade Brees or Rivers, there is not much space with 3 really young QBs already there that SD likes and knows their system.

But you never know

As a Charger fan this kind of makes me think the Chargers are going into this year (first 8-10) games to see how Brees does against their tough schedule. If he continues to do well, I say they will probably trade Philip Rivers for some draft picks in the middle of the year. Oches would then probably be #3 on their list as well. While this makes me 'cringe' being a Bobcat fan :) Oches did really make some strides last year with his throws/confidence as well. It will be interesting to see how things go down there in Bolt country this year.
