That was definitely a fumble. How can we pin all the blame on the defense. On the O, we were forced to punt, lucked out when it hit the guy in the head, got a punt blocked that gave them the ball at the 30, and fumbled at the 50 on 3 of the last 4 possessions. Give a decent team that field position and they are going to score most of the time. The way we had been moving the ball we should have scored on at least one more of them.

I think the point these people are trying to make is that our defense could not stop them all game long. Get a few more defensive stops and the game is ours. Do you seriously think that the offense is supposed to score on every possesion against a fairly good defense?? Be realistic. Our offense kicked ass, our defense sucked ass. Simple as that.
