Cardiac Cats....No more!

Post by HelenaCat » Sun Oct 31, 2004 11:08 am

As others have said...WOW! What a huge win. You know that our game last nite has every other Big Sky team's attention in a big way. We are getting better each week and last nite was finally our breakout game. We have all heard how lucky MSU has been...we haven't played anyone tough yet.... Well, we played a good team in their home where we haven't won since 1979. And we did not just win-we dominated that game big time. If played with the same intensity in the second half as we played in the first half, we might have set every MSU record possible. Oh yeah, and the friz lost to a team we beat a few weeks ago! This will really be a confidence builder also. All alone in first place is a nice feeling.

Lets not have a let down next week at Sac State. But I am really looking forward to a barnburner with Eastern Washington in two weeks. glad we have them at home.

Come on Cats-Run the table!

I almost need to change my name to CATS_ON_FIRE now I think the way this offense is starting to move downt he field! Not to overlook Sac State (WE NEED TO GO PLAY WELL THERE TO GET THE W!), but I think its pretty much assured now that the EWU game will be a packed sellout! HUGE game!

I said it last week, you can really see the weapons on this team getting a LOT sharper/deadlier the last 2-3 weeks!

I'll just flat say it. IF OUR OL KEEPS PLAYING LIKE THEY HAVE BEEN (Especially the pass blocking), we will win ALL OF THE REST OF OUR GAMES left. You give Lulay time, he can now find the WR (in STRIDE!) for the TD.

GO CATS!

Cardiac...I mean Cats on Fire, I was just thinking that last nite as I watched the game-What a good job the O-line is doing and how much they have improved each week. I really have to tip my hat to Jason McEndoo. I met Jason this summer and was most impressed with him. he is a great guy and very intelligent. Just meeting him, I felt our O-line was in good hands. But he was given a stacked deck against him with the injury to Hirst and a young inexperienced group to start with, not to mention a bit undersized. Well, McEndoo has to be given a lot of credit with the way those guys have looked better each week. Kramer made a great pick here for a young coach. ANd kudos to the kids on the O-line for working hard and improving each week!

When I first saw the subject on this thread I thought maybe you did something with cardiac_cats. I was going to call the cops.
