However, Vigen doesn't follow all of the recruits that have offers, just a few. There have been very few commits that Vigen doesn't already follow on twitter. If Vigen starts following someone and they have an offer, then it's a positive data point that the person may commit or the Cats are very interested in them. Vigen also follows players that never get offers.
