Has anyone noticed how much more accessible and visible Bobcat Stadium is compared to wgs? You can’t see wgs unless you’re right on top of it. Our place is like the big house. We need to put a big M on Kagy. But it just pops from every angle and direction.
I think that is partially due to our field being quite a bit below ground level. Most of our seats are built into the ground also.
It's probably also that yours is kind of tucked away in the corner of campus and ours is very much out in the open with nothing really near it

When you drive down Kagy from the east the stadium and now the IPF really pop out thanks to being up higher on Kagy. I really think it will look immense once the east grandstand is re-done with sky boxes. I'm assuming it will be as high as the EZ seating with skyboxes added to the top of that. The backside of the new grandstand would be like a huge billboard that MSU could get creative with.

MSU - 16 team National Champions (most recent 2024); 57 individual National Champions (most recent 2023).

You can see Wgs from the interstate if you know where to look but it’s obscured by the train tracks and power lines. It looks like it’s in an industrial area.

It’s probably somewhere in these 80 pages…. But when is this expected to be completed?

I can confirm this as I open up my car window and fly the bird every time I drive through Missoula!

Bobcat athletics is a business to the coaches, school leadership, and players. It's time the fans treat Bobcat athletics as a business too.

It’s a stadium improvement being funded by a mythical game changing gift.

Those have needed replacing for about 20 years.

I drove by yesterday and you souls see lights on inside hanging from the ceiling.

One thing that will be interesting is will snow stick to the roof or is it steep enough it just slides off? Because that roof will be dumping snow on the sides of the building where someone could be walking.

That reminds me of a time I saw a facility services van parked back behind the fieldhouse and it got absolutely demolished by a sheet of snow sliding off the fieldhouse roof.
