So looking back through this what's crazy is there is one commit to Rocky off this whole list and none to Northern. Is Jerome just really sucking up in Havre? Is that Gary kid maybe committed to Northern since he's the highest ranked without a commitment?

That is interesting. You don't see many kids even post offers from Northern. If they did then maybe he just loses out, but hopefully he is offering MT kids. Better chance they stay. Dickinson seems to be getting a lot of hi line and eastern mt kids.

Well, like most North Dakota schools, they have to go out of state to find their talent. Last year, Dickinson had around 53 kids from Montana on their roster and 29 from North Dakota.

And i heard Dickonson is in the same conference as Tech/Carroll/ Western/rocky/Northern. So they'll have ample opportunity to play in Montana.

Different conference, but Dickinson does seem to play 1 or 2 Frontier conference games per year (whether in the regular season or playoffs). Also, for everything East of Havre, it is the same or closer for family to get to than any other school other than Rocky/Northern.

Yes great move by them. They get a ton of MT guys. And they can easily pull from Dawson and Miles City CC for juniors and use them as a minor league.
