Must see, must eat in Nashville?

We found a cheap flight to Memphis, less than half what it would take to get us to Nashville and with better times Get in tomorrow evening but our group of 10 or so aren't arriving until Sunday. So we decided to stay 2 nights there since we haven't been. Would easily trade 2 nights of honky tonk for Blues. Staying downtown near Beale St. Want to get to the National Civil Rights Museum. Any other suggestions for Memphis from those that have been?

How about Graceland? I’ve never been there though.
