This was kind of a cool way to look at historical stats. Not as cool as winning a championship, but still kind of interesting.

Thanks for explaining that, now I agree on it being a great post.AFCAT wrote: ↑Mon Jan 20, 2025 1:38 pmThank you, but don’t give up on yourself.![]()
Actually, just click on the story. X.com pays some of the people who post on the site, including Ryan Leaf. He gets paid by the interactions or views of his posts. Ryan likes to troll gris fans and they reciprocate by commenting on his posts, increasing his views and the amount of money he gets. Ryan said he is donating the money he made from X since November, about $10k, to the Bobcat Collective and thanked the gris folks for their help contributing to his earnings. I don’t know how serious he is about donating the money, but it is still a hilarious troll job on gris fans.

Re: Random stuff 2025
I thought the initial part of this commentary about the NBA viewership availability was similar to what we are starting to see in college football. ie. national FCS championship advertised to be on ABC but only available to ESPN subscribers.
Will this trend continue or will there be some of elasticity and change to the process that seems to be in motion?
Just a note by the way, I did not fact check the percentages of viewership on the NBA.
I know that for myself personally I quit watching a couple years ago

This is really an interesting article. Myles stepped up big time. He was a big asset all season.

It’s funny, during the New Mexico game, the Cats were only comfortable with Sansted kicking about 35-36 yard field goals. By the end of the season, they had him kicking from 50 yard range. The young man certainly improved as the season went on.

If I recall correctly, Sansted was also supposed to be a temporary fill-in until Casey Kautzman returned from injury. Kudos to Myles for performing so well and taking the job! He didn't make every kick (very few do) but it was sure a nice feeling last season to not feel dread every time the kicker walked on to the field. I had no idea that he is Vigen's nephew until I read the linked article.

And he will probably get better. Pleasant surprise this year. However, there was never a game that we needed him to make a clutch kick, but he certainly showed he's capable.MSU01 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 29, 2025 8:06 amIf I recall correctly, Sansted was also supposed to be a temporary fill-in until Casey Kautzman returned from injury. I am pretty sure that the kid on the far left of the lower right picture is Patrick Mahomes!

Julius Davis in the upper right photo. Possibly Everett Carr in the upper left photo, but I can't see his face. Josh Woodberry and Javonte King in the lower right photo. I can't tell who that is yelling "WOOOOO!" I don't know many of the freshman since they didn't get a lot of playing time, so there are some faces I don't recognize.

Is River Warren enrolled this semester? What about the two new JUCO dudes, are they currently on campus?AFCAT wrote: ↑Wed Jan 29, 2025 11:03 amJulius Davis in the upper right photo.
