Thanks for the pictures TomCat, I can't argue with your self-evaluation but you shouldn't be so hard on yourself, it takes the fun away from everyone else criticizing your efforts.
Any new info and photo is better than nothing. Thanks for posting the pics AFCAT.

If the over/under for the roof to be done is set at March 21 do you take the over or under?
The under. I'll be back in Bozeman Weds/Thurs and will check it out.
Depends on the definition of “done.” Looking at the aerial views provided a few weeks ago, the peak still needs to be covered. I’d take the over.

That is a good point. I'd take the under on the big sheets covering the sloped decks but the over on the ridge cap and any other finishing touches on the roof. Really I should've set Sunday March 23 as the o/u day to avoid hitting it spot on.

I wonder how much interior work they can do without the roof being finished. In fact, can they even work inside safely while the roof is still under construction?

This type of construction baffles me. I always thought you tried to get a building sealed against the weather.. this way just seems weird to me. What it really means is I know nothing about construction.

I’m not quite sure why they did not seal the roof in as a priority before Snow started. They seem to hit a sticking point. Can’t imagine trying to deal with the insulation and metal and all of the snow in between.
Dealing with that open roof and all of the snow had to turn that whole portion of the job into pure drudgery

The interior toilets and other areas were being worked on. Obviously, they can’t work on the track and football surfaces until the roof and siding work is finished. I think the facility really starts moving now. The track and turf won’t take that long to put in.

Pictures have been sent. There’s still a lot of snow left on the roof so that’s probably why they haven’t gone all the way to the end on the outside. The ceiling on the inside is completely covered. They’re working inside the building.

There’s about four feet of snow piled up on the north side where the snow has been sloughing off the roof. The roof looks dangerous to be on. Their were sparks flying around inside so they are working on the interior to answer someone’s query from earlier in the week.

Every night we pick up a inch or two of snow. It makes the roof a OSHA nightmare. That roof won't be done before March 31. Nice weather coming next week. Look on the bright side. The building will be done by July. So be it.

If not every night, then every morning. What a blast that was. I didn’t think I’d make to Belgrade but as usual it dissipated and a little past Manhattan it was bone dry.

Taken today. There is a plastic wall from the ground to the ceiling set up about halfway into the building. I'm guessing that gives them a climate controlled area to work inside. Looks like they have some of the windows installed too.

The folks betting the over on the roof being completed by Friday or Sunday won.

Tearing up Grant Street outside the SUB. The Western section of Grant in front of the fitness center looks to be mostly finished.

Yeah, comparing the above picture and the pictures taken by TC88 and posted by you on March 17 there was zero work completed on the roof this past week. Can't really blame them if the conditions were too dangerous and would rather have it done right and safely. I made my prediction from the amount of progress that had been made from March 01-17. Evidently Montana weather said not so fast there buddy.
As always thanks for the many pictures.

One other thing that I just noticed about the building is that the East side has a different colored siding than the West side. I don’t know how I missed that before. Not sure why the sidings have a different color, maybe because the Westside gets more sun and they wanted a brighter color there? :-k

Is one end and side 1 color, then other end and side a 2nd color?

Looks like the South end is the same color as the East side. The North end has two different colors, one above the door and the other over the rest of the area. The artist rendering of the building has a giant Cat head emblem over the front/North side, so all of that may change. The West side looks white to me. Someone who is better at colors (I’m color vision deficient/color blind) may be able to tell what the colors actually are.
