A buddy of mine said that he met him, and apparently the kid graduated from HS early, and is now enrolled at MSU and participating in spring drills. I guess he's a walk on because he has a full tuition waiver due to a 4.0 GPA.

All of this is second hand, I'm just looking for a name and if anyone knows anything about the kid.
I might be wrong, but I think it's Paul Bunyan, so a blue ox told me.

My buddy also told me that this kid kept talking about how great of an athlete he is and how Kramer wants him to play this year, but he thinks he'll want to redshirt so he'll have a better shot at the NFL. This kid IS huge, but I really have doubts on his ability. I didn't see anyone of his size on the class A all-state team, and if you're that big I think that you would automatically be a class A all-stater.

A walk-on ... from Belgrade ... with NFL ability.... I have to go with the Paul Bunyan theory as well. Is this info being leaked a couple days earlier than it was supposed to be?

There was a kid from Havre who as a 6th grader was about the size of a typical H.S. Olineman. Lance Lanning. Though I have no idea what became of him. I only remember thinking if that kid has any athletic ability he will be a stud.
If I had to guess he would be the size of PB or at least the size of his ox. Still, a kid that big doesn't slip past the radar very often regardless who he is or where he is from, unless he has no athletic ability.

...so what is he: a blue ox or a blue pony? Or a combination thereof? A clumsy pony...Maybe he's related to that old, old, old, old, old Fizzlie lineman from Chinook that played "college" ball up over the hill and for the Falcons waaayyyy back when...

I remember that Lanning came to attempt to play for the CATS. He turned into NOTHING! Big boy for sure, but just big. Not much else. I don't think he had the desire.

I grew up in Belgrade, still know a lot of the teachers, so I will ask around. I REALLY doubt that anybody from Belgrade is that big and flew under the radar. Gotta be someone elses big blue ox.

I don't know the kids name but i know who he is, because i have played ball outside with him. He is very big. He talks even bigger. There is some athletisism there but the smarts are definately not there. He reminds me of G. Brewton (who insisted he be called g-money). Huge but had what amounted to a commador 64 upstairs. Not that quick if you know what i mean. I can't see this kid ever seeing the field. I think Northern would be a better choice for him.

But hey then again maybe he could suprise me you never know.

Your right CAT GRAD, I will amend my story. I grew up elsewhere, but spent all my school years in Belgrade.

One of the strongest FB players I ever new was also one of the worse. Being strong doesn't translate into being good at FB.

That would be big Mike Tilleman. Now that is a big man! I think he was the biggest guy in the NFL when he played.

Hands down the biggest Sugarbeeter ever! :)
