Lee, a 6-foot-4 native of Niwot, Colo.,
Maybe he saw that they don't have anyone that can get him the ball!
That's actually a funny comment. Clint Stapp is the QB from Niwot HS that just signed with the Griz. I didn't see Lee on the Niwot HS roster though. Where did he go to school?

Stapp was there at Niwot in '01. It said Lee walked on in '03 at Hawaii. Should have been close.

Looks like Nolan was at UH in '03 and '04. He caught a 20-yard pass from Kainoa Akina, who is battling for starting QB job at UH at this spring's scrimmage. The play was described as a 'nice pass and catch'. He was described as an incredible receiver as a sophomore at Niwot, for whatever that's worth.
Mike Bass also played in the UH scrimmage this spring.
Couldn't find a roster for Niwot for 2002. Stapp is on the '04 roster and they have him down for 117 completions in 223 attempts and 2,029 yards 24 tds and 5 ints. The went undefeated into the playoffs and it looks like they won a game, then lost out.
I do see that Niwot lost in the first round of the 2002 4-A playoffs.

Looks like he was a soph there in 2000, so should've been a senior in '02. He's a Mystery Man.
