McBride has a HUGE dropdown that played for him at Utah plus he's recruited several great kids (from their newspaper reports out of Ogden).
Guess where I had to go to read what our men won after anxiously awaiting any news from Bozo

Until we can figure out how to win at least 8 games in a season we will always end up outside the money. We have not been able to do it since 1984!! and it has cost us at least three outright BSC championships. Of every team that is now or has ever been a BSC member only MSU and SacState have failed to win 8 games in one season since 1984; and SS didn't join until 1996. Even Weber and ISU have each done it in the past 5 years, Boise State in '94 (13), Idaho in '94 (9), Nevada in '91 (12) then they moved on. We've even had 13 game seasons and not surpassed 7 wins.
That's all I want. Give me at least eight wins and let the chips fall where they may!

Mr. Quast: Is this team bigger than you remember, especially on the DL?
When I played PSU’s defense was awful. Their line was big, but they had terrible technique and were easy to push around. They had some decent DBs, but the defense as a whole was not good. PSU’s offense was great though. They could feast on teams with weak defenses! The one game against PSU that made them look awesome on defense was in 2001 when Tyler Thomas threw 5 interceptions. Tyler was playing awful, but Bailey hated the backup and REFUSED to play him. I couldn’t believe that we kept a QB in the game that threw 3 int let alone 5!!! We didn’t even lost that game by much.
